How do we imagine the perfect candidate?

Tech-savvy - Experience with different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and others; experience with QA tools and processes; knowledge of JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML is a plus; BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology is a plus; MA in Computer Science and Information Technology is advantageous; work experience is required.

Full Cycle - Test current products and identify deficiencies; suggest solutions to identified product problems; investigate product quality to achieve better customer satisfaction; plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy; identify key KPIs for product quality.

Team Player - Great interpersonal and communication skills in a dynamic team environment; collaborating with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
